Study online from wherever you are

Complete your B.S.N.

Connect with exceptional faculty experts statewide as you complete your Bachelor of Science in Nursing through our R.N. to B.S.N. degree completion option. Our distance-accessible courses are taught by faculty from each of IU’s School of Nursing campuses.

Technology requirements

You’ll need web-based and video technologies to be a successful student—you’ll be required to come to the IU Fort Wayne campus only for advising and graduation. And you can fulfill any clinical requirements right where you are.

Contact Jo Bauman at or Sydney Miracle at with questions about the program.

Study social work

The IU School of Social Work offers the M.S.W. Direct program with a concentration in Clinical and Community Practice and a practice area in Advanced Generalist practice for both full- and part-time students. The MSW Direct program offers elective courses in eSocial Work and Telebehavioral Health Practice, Military Social Work, and other exciting electives.

Technology requirements

Since all courses (excluding agency based practicum experiences) are 100 percent online, you’ll need a camera- and microphone-equipped device—laptop preferred—and a broadband internet connection to be a successful student.
