While you’re waiting to find out whether you’ve been admitted, there are several things you can do.
After you apply
- Create your IU Fort Wayne computing account
Approximately two weeks after we receive your application, you’ll get an email with your university ID number. You’ll use this ID number to create your IU Fort Wayne computing account, which you’ll use to check the status of your application.
Please note that your IU Fort Wayne computing account is different than the guest computing account you created when you applied online. The guest computing account was solely for the purpose of submitting your application online.
- Check your application status
After you’ve created your IU Fort Wayne computing account, you’ll be able to check the status of your application. Log in using your IU Fort Wayne username and passphrase (not your guest account information).
