Biography

Carly Bennett, MPM, PhD is a native of Fort Wayne and received her bachelor's and master's degree at Purdue Fort Wayne and Indiana University Fort Wayne then earned her PhD in health education from the University of Toledo. 

Courses she has taught include nutrition for fitness, nutrition for weight management, personal health, and currently disability and society and research in health sciences and rehabilitation. Dr. Bennett's research has been published in the Journal of American College Health, American Journal of Health Studies, Journal of School Health, and Archives of Women's Mental Health. In her free time, Dr. Bennett enjoys traveling and hiking state and national parks with her husband, Robert, and attempting new and innovative recipes in the kitchen.
