Your nursing career starts here
If you don’t have a previous nursing degree, the Bachelor of Science in Nursing traditional track at the Indiana University School of Nursing is for you. This track prepares you for entry-level professional nursing positions in a variety of settings, and also serves as a foundation for graduate study in nursing.
The traditional track requires four years of full-time study—one year of general education and prenursing coursework and three years of nursing core courses. After you have completed the requirements of the BSN degree program, you must pass the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX) to become a licensed registered nurse.
